作为造纸工业目前广泛使用的分散型松香胶,其分散性和稳定性是一个关键性问题.对常压下制备分散型松香胶过程中的乳化剂选择、用量、乳化和转相温度、助剂等进行了试验,从而找出合适的乳化条件.在常压下制得了在分散性能和稳定性上均较为理想的分散型松香胶.松香分子具有特殊的环状结构,单一的乳化剂不能同时满足其结构和乳化所需HLB的要求,必须在加热和剧烈搅拌下使用复配乳化剂.
As a dispersion rosin gum widely used in the paper industry, its dispersibility and stability are the key issues. The choice of emulsifier, dosage, emulsification and transformation temperature, additives and so on during the preparation of disperse rosin gum under atmospheric pressure were tested to find suitable emulsifying conditions. Dispersed rosin gums, which are both ideal dispersant and stability, were prepared under normal pressure. Rosin molecule has a special ring structure, a single emulsifier can not meet both the HLB required for its structure and emulsification requirements, the use of complex emulsifiers must be heated and violently stirred.
