在天线平面近场测试系统中,平面近场扫描架是实现其高精度测量的保证之一。随着天线技术的不断发展,天线平面近场测试对平面近场扫描架的要求也不断提升。扫描架的测试精度、测试效率直接关系到平面近场测试系统的测试性能。提出了一种由直线电机、直线光栅尺等关键器件组成的高速高精台式平面近场扫描架。该近场扫描架具有定位精度高、平面度高、响应速度快等优点。测试结果表明:该扫描架重复定位精度优于0.01mm RMS,平面度优于0.02mm RMS,扫描速度大于0.6m/s,整体性能指标较目前国际同等规模天线平面近场扫描架有明显优势。
In the antenna plane near-field test system, the planar near-field gantry is one of the guarantees for its high-precision measurement. With the continuous development of antenna technology, the requirements of planar near-field gantry on the antenna plane near field test are also constantly increasing. Scanner test accuracy, test efficiency is directly related to the test performance of the plane near field test system. A high-speed and high-precision benchtop planar near-field gantry is proposed, which consists of key components such as linear motor and linear grating. The near-field gantry has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, high flatness and fast response. The test results show that the gantry’s repeatability positioning accuracy is better than 0.01mm RMS, the flatness is better than 0.02mm RMS and the scanning speed is more than 0.6m / s. The overall performance index has obvious advantages over the current international similar-scale antenna plane near field gantry.
