以深圳地铁某标段两段典型地层区间为研究对象,通过开展室内钢针与岩石耦合作用的全过程磨蚀实验,对两段地层区间岩石进行了磨蚀性等级评价。同时结合现场施工中滚刀的磨损数据、掘进关键参数以及滚刀的磨损形式的对比分析,直观反映出刀具磨损与岩石磨蚀性之间的关系,并结合岩石的磨蚀特点提出了实际施工中应用的一些优化措施,切实指导盾构现场施工。
Taking the typical strata interval of a certain section of Shenzhen Metro as the research object, the abrasion grade of the two sections of strata was evaluated by carrying out the whole process abrasion experiment of the coupling effect between the steel needle and the rock in the room.
