随着医院激励机制的实施,合理的奖金核算模式至关重要,也是关系着落实激励机制的关键步奏。目前医院奖金核算模式是会计专用的统计方式,是将收支结余从新划分的关键过程。一个科学的奖金核算模式能够体现出工作的技术含量、数量、劳动强度以及工作难度等各个方面,能够激发员工积极主动工作,确保医院健康持续发展。本文就对几种医院奖金核算模式进行比较,分析各个优缺点,并有针对性的提出一些建议。
With the implementation of the hospital incentive mechanism, a reasonable mode of bonus accounting is crucial and also a key step in implementing the incentive mechanism. At present, the hospital bonus calculation mode is an accounting-specific statistical method, which is the key process of newly dividing the balance of receipts and expenses. A scientific bonus calculation mode can reflect all aspects of technical content, quantity, labor intensity and work difficulty of a job, etc., and can motivate employees to take the initiative to work to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital. This article compares several hospital bonus calculation modes, analyzes each advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward some suggestions pertinently.
