响应曲面法优化有机溶剂萃取雨生红球藻中虾青素

采用混合有机溶剂提取雨生红球藻中的虾青素,响应面法用来建立模型和优化提取条件,研究了单因素(提取溶剂、温度、料液比与时间)对虾青素提取率的影响。再通过响应面试验,研究了料液比、温度和时间对虾青素提取率的影响,且检测了相互作用关系。利用统计分析和优化,结果显示,对虾青素作用的相对大小依次为:温度、料液比和时间。通过计算回归方程优化得出料液比、提取温度和提取时间最佳萃取条件分别为1︰150(g/mL),50℃和40 min。在此条件下,虾青素提取率为36.21%。 The mixed organic solvent was used to extract astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis. Response surface method was used to establish the model and optimize the extraction conditions. The extraction rate of astaxanthin from single factor (extraction solvent, temperature, solid-liquid ratio and time) influences. Then through the response surface test, the effect of feed liquid ratio, temperature and time on the extraction rate of astaxanthin was studied, and the interaction was tested. Using statistical analysis and optimization, the results showed that the relative sizes of astaxanthin were as follows: temperature, solid-liquid ratio and time. The optimal extraction conditions for extraction temperature and extraction time were 1︰150 (g / mL), 50 ℃ and 40 min, respectively, by calculating the regression equation. Under these conditions, astaxanthin extraction rate was 36.21%.
