目的对同时测定光谱重叠严重的异丁醇、异戊醇和正丙醇3组分体系的方法进行研究。方法根据醇类与对二甲氨基苯甲醛反应的显色特征选择最佳试验条件,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)对光谱重叠严重的异丁醇、异戊醇和正丙醇3组分进行分析。结果对模拟混合试样,异丁醇、异戊醇、正丙醇回收率分别为99.8%、99.6%和99.9%,相对预报误差(RPEs)分别为0.88%、1.81%和0.90%;回收率和RPEs在允许范围内。结论使用偏最小二乘法测定异丁醇、异戊醇和正丙醇3组分,测量体系稳定、结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE To study the simultaneous determination of isobutyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol and n-propanol in the system of 3 components. Methods According to the colorimetric characteristics of alcohols and p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, the best experimental conditions were selected. The components of isobutyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol and n-propanol were analyzed by partial least squares (PLS) . Results The recovery rates of 99.5%, 99.6% and 99.9% of isobutene, isoamyl alcohol and n-propanol were 0.88%, 1.81% and 0.90% And RPEs are within the allowable range. Conclusion The partial least squares method was used to determine the isobutanol, isoamyl alcohol and n-propanol components. The measurement system was stable and the results were reliable.
