迈克尔·波特(Michael Porter)于20世纪80年代提出“五力”分析模型,用于竞争战略的分析,可以有效的分析客户的竞争环境。五力分别是:供应商的议价能力、购买者的议价能力、潜在竞争者进入的能力、替代品的替代能力、行业内竞争者现在的竞争能力。文章结合企业发展进行研究,发现五种竞争力量的不同组合变化,最终影响行业或企业的获利能力的变化。
In the 1980s, Michael Porter proposed the “Five Forces” analysis model for the analysis of competitive strategy, which can effectively analyze the competitive environment of customers. The five forces are: the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of buyers, the ability of potential competitors to enter, the substitution ability of substitutes and the competitive ability of competitors in the industry. Based on the research of enterprise development, the article finds different combinations of five competitive forces and ultimately affects the profitability of industries or enterprises.
