在压铸生产领域里,最近取得的主要进展之一是关于P—Q~2图的研究。该图的意义在于选定了压铸机和压铸模之后,能预计出压射速度、内浇口速度和填充时间。澳大利亚一些企业在生产薄壁锌合金压铸件时成功地利用了P—Q~2图。该图原理虽然正确易懂,但实际应用尚有困难。 为了更有效地利用P—Q~2图,必须将此图公式化,并设计出所需的全部计算程序。此举具有下列好处: 1.以计算机同样的速度决定结果,从而提供一个估计不同变数影响的机会。
One of the major recent developments in the field of die-casting production is the study on P-Q ~ 2. The significance of this figure is that the injection speed, the gate speed and the filling time can be predicted after selecting the die casting machine and the die casting mold. Some Australian companies have successfully used the P-Q ~ 2 chart in the production of thin-walled zinc alloy die-castings. Although the principle of this figure is correct and easy to understand, there are still difficulties in practical application. In order to make more efficient use of P-Q ~ 2 graphs, this diagram must be formulated and all the required computational procedures have been devised. This has the following benefits: 1. Decides the result at the same speed as the computer, providing an opportunity to estimate the impact of different variables.
