中国从恢复在《关税与贸易总协定》中缔约国的地位(以下简称“复关”)到加入世界贸易组织(以下简称“世贸组织”,WTO),有以下核心目标:积极参与现代经济全球化,把握住发展的重要战略机遇期;推动体制机制与国际通行规则接轨;在开放条件下提升产业国际竞争力.中国加入世贸组织(文中也简称“入世”)既取得了长足进步,也推动了全球化的深度、广度达到最好水平,世界经济迎来了增长的黄金期.
