J波是人体控制性降温或低温心脏的心电图特征,在临床中还见于早期复极综合征、急性心肌缺血、心包炎、束支传导阻滞、高血钙及神经系统疾患等。J波与心律失常之间的联系,知之甚少。现已证实特发性J波与危及生命的室性心律失常密切相关。我们将急性心肌梗死(AMI)后有无J波进行分组,观察比较它们与严重室性心律失常的关系。 1 一般资料 我院自1992年1月至1999年6月共收住AMI病人102例,其中男76例,女26例;年龄43~82岁,平均(62.5±8)岁。所有病人均经临床症状、心
J-wave is the control of the human body temperature or hypothermia cardiogram characteristics of the heart, but also found in the clinical early repolarization syndrome, acute myocardial ischemia, pericarditis, bundle branch block, hypercalcemia and neurological disorders. Little is known about the connection between J wave and arrhythmia. It has been demonstrated that idiopathic J waves are closely related to life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias. We group the presence or absence of J waves after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and observe their relationship to severe ventricular arrhythmias. 1 General Information In our hospital from January 1992 to June 1999 a total of 102 AMI patients admitted to hospital, including 76 males and 26 females; aged 43 to 82 years, mean (62.5 ± 8) years. All patients were clinically symptomatic, heart
