本文叙述了用苯肼羰基偶氮苯萃取比色测定锆中微量铜的方法。确定:萃取液酸度为pH5.2:0.1%苯肼羰基偶氮苯乙醇溶液的用量为1.0毫升;水相体积在20—50毫升之间。苯层中络合物的颜色极为稳定,在波长555毫微米处有一吸收峰。10毫升苯中铜量在0—9微克之间,符合比尔定律,克分子消光系数为7.4×10~4。本法使用钛铁试剂和硼氟酸为掩蔽剂,消除了三价铁等离子的干扰,防止了容易水解的离子水解,提高了方法的选择性。方法较灵敏,操作简便。铜的回收率和样品分析结果的重现性较好。
This paper describes a method for the determination of trace amounts of copper in zirconium by extraction with phenylhydrazine carbonyl azobenzene. Determine: the acidity of the extract is pH5.2: 0.1% phenylhydrazine carbonyl azobenzene ethanol solution of 1.0 ml; aqueous phase volume between 20-50 ml. The color of the complex in the benzene layer is extremely stable with an absorption peak at a wavelength of 555 nm. 10 ml of benzene in the amount of 0-9 micrograms of copper, in line with Beer’s law, the molecular extinction coefficient of 7.4 × 10 ~ 4. This method uses ferrotitanium reagent and borofluoride as a masking agent to eliminate the interference of the ferric ion plasma and prevent the easily hydrolyzed ionic hydrolysis and improve the selectivity of the method. Method is more sensitive, easy to operate. Copper recovery and sample analysis results reproducibility is better.
