结合工程实例,对建设项目实施项目风险管理和监控进行了研究分析。阐述了项目风险的识别、度量、对策和控制,以图表的方式简要地反映了风险清单和排序,按施工阶段和风险种类确定风险管理的内容以及风险控制的4个步骤和风险管理的制度保障。
Combined with engineering examples, the project risk management and monitoring of construction projects were studied and analyzed. The project risk identification, measurement, countermeasure and control are described. The risk list and the ranking are briefly reflected in the form of charts. The contents of risk management and the four steps of risk control and the system guarantee of risk management are determined according to the construction stage and risk type .
