目的:用松脂醇二葡萄糖苷为参照物,建立不同生长年限及不同品种类型的杜仲HPLC指纹图谱,以此为建立郴州大诚中药饮片有限责任公司GAP基地杜仲HPLC指纹图谱的企业质量标准提供依据。方法:采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为277 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min~-1,柱温为25℃,进样量为5μl。结果:建立了以松脂醇二葡萄糖苷为参照物的杜仲HPLC指纹图谱,确定了14个共有峰,10批样品指纹图谱整体相似度均在0.939以上。结论:该方法简便,重复性好,HPLC指纹图谱可作为郴州大诚中药饮片有限责任公司GAP基地杜仲药材的企业质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. With different growth years and different types, and to provide the basis for establishing the quality standard of HPLC of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver on GAP base of Chenzhou Dacheng TCM Pieces Co., Ltd. . METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a wavelength of 277 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 using a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 5μl. Results: HPLC fingerprint of Eucommia ulmoides was established with Pinoresinol diglucoside as reference, and 14 common peaks were identified. The overall similarity of fingerprints of 10 batches of samples was above 0.939. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and HPLC fingerprinting can be used as the quality standard of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. For GAP base in Chenzhou Da Cheng Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces Co., Ltd.
