社会的进步带动着所有行业的发展,近年来,在教育行业中的高职教育受到了社会的关注,这种教育的发展,让中国教育开始走向鼎盛时期。随着高职院校学生人数的增加,很多院校还是采用传统的班级制度,这样的制度虽然能够提高课堂的效率,但是未必能提高其质量。在高职教育中,学院应该重视其个性的发展,用不同的方法去对待不同的学生,而这种差异化教学就是现在英国非常流行的“导师制”。这种导师制能够尊重同学们的个性发展,让教学内容更加的偏向于生活化,而这都是中国教育界可以采纳的。但在中国如何把“导师制”融合到教育中,是当前应该解决的重大问题。本文就主要针对现阶段的高校情况,分析应该如何在教学中实行导师制,从而提高高职院校的教学质量。
The progress of society has driven the development of all industries. In recent years, the higher vocational education in the education sector has drawn the attention of the community. The development of such education has made China’s education begin its heyday. With the increase in the number of students in higher vocational colleges, many colleges still adopt the traditional class system. Although such a system can improve the efficiency of the classroom, it may not necessarily improve its quality. In higher vocational education, colleges should pay attention to the development of their personality and treat different students in different ways. This kind of difference teaching is now the very popular “mentor system” in Britain. This tutor system can respect the individual character development of students and make the teaching content more biased toward life, which is accepted by Chinese education circles. However, how to integrate “mentor system” into education in China is a major issue that should be resolved at present. This article focuses on the current situation of colleges and universities, analysis of how to implement the tutorial system in teaching so as to improve the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.
