实验是同步提取荷叶黄酮、生物碱、多糖工艺研究中提取生物碱的工艺部分,在提取荷叶黄酮后的荷叶残渣中提取总生物碱的条件是pH2.0,乙醇浓度为90%,液固比为25:1,提取时间为2h,提取温度为80℃,提取2次。回流除去乙醇后用0.25%盐酸复溶,在酸性条件下脱色后再将溶液调成碱性,经D101大孔树脂洗脱分离得到总生物碱。总生物碱的提取率为90.57%,纯度为82.8%,荷叶中主要的生物碱有5种,它们是番荔枝碱、原荷叶碱、N-去甲基荷叶碱、荷叶碱和亚美罂粟碱。
The experiment is to extract the alkaloids in the process of simultaneous extraction of lotus leaf flavonoids, alkaloids, and polysaccharides. The extraction conditions for the total alkaloids in the lotus leaf residue after the extraction of the flavonoids in the lotus leaf is pH 2.0, and the ethanol concentration is 90%. The liquid-solid ratio was 25:1, the extraction time was 2 h, the extraction temperature was 80° C. and extraction was performed twice. After refluxing to remove ethanol, it was reconstituted with 0.25% hydrochloric acid, decolorized under acidic conditions and then the solution was made alkaline. The total alkaloid was isolated by elution with D101 macroporous resin. The extraction rate of total alkaloids was 90.57%, the purity was 82.8%, and there were 5 main alkaloids in the lotus leaf. These were anacardeoside, pronuclotine, N-desmethylecrine, nuciferine and Asian papaverine.
