随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,不同国家企业间的交流日益增多,跨国公司成为世界资本转移的主体,对国际经济的发展有至关重要的作用。然而,在世界经济联系日渐紧密的同时,由于各自文化的差异而导致的跨文化冲突越来越明显,甚至成为阻碍企业跨国联系的主要因素。本文从跨文化冲突入手,分析企业出现跨文化冲突的根源,并提出解决策略,旨在帮助企业,尤其是跨国公司成功进行国际商务交流与合作。
With the acceleration of world economic integration, exchanges among enterprises in different countries have been increasing. Multinational corporations have become the main body of capital transfer in the world and have a crucial role in the development of the international economy. However, as the world economy becomes more and more close to each other, the cross-cultural conflicts due to their own cultural differences have become increasingly evident and have even become the main factors that hinder the cross-border ties of enterprises. Starting from the cross-cultural conflict, this article analyzes the root causes of cross-cultural conflicts in enterprises and puts forward solutions strategies aimed at helping enterprises, especially multinational corporations, to successfully conduct international business exchanges and cooperation.
