本文报告小家鼠对0.025%杀鼠灵毒饵的敏感性测定,试验在从没用过抗凝血灭鼠剂的新疆鄯善地区进行。现场试验获得的敏感本底图,可作为抗性检验图。以后,试验者可用自己所得数据(各检日有鼠摄食饵点数除以第2天有鼠摄食饵点数的比值),在抗性检验图上填图。如果连续两次检查比值超出检验图的95%置信限上限,就看作抗性。实验室试验获得 LFP_(98)的95%置信限上限为29.5天,取上限的整天数作为抗性检验标准。新疆鄯善小家鼠为0.025%杀鼠灵毒饵吃30天,存活者即为抗药性。
This article reports the sensitivity of Mus musculus to 0.025% of the warfarin bait. The experiment was conducted in Shanshan, Xinjiang, which has never used anticoagulant rodenticides. The sensitive background map obtained from the field test can be used as the resistance test map. Later, the test person can use their own data obtained (the date of each rat feeding bait points divided by the ratio of the number of mouse feeding bait points the second day), the resistance test chart on the map. If two consecutive checks exceed the 95% confidence limit of the test chart, it is considered resistance. The upper limit of 95% confidence level for LFP_ (98) obtained in laboratory tests is 29.5 days, whichever is the upper limit of the full day as the resistance test.
