2011年,面对经济社会发展的复杂局面,我国的财政政策在保持“积极”这一主基调不变的基础上,财政支出大幅向民生倾斜,出台了一系列惠民的政策与措施。进入2012年,国家将继续把改善民生摆在财政工作更加突出的位置,确保在改善民生上取得新成效。
