提出干涸后传热物理模型,建立相应数学模型,对干涸后传热特性进行分析,通过矩形通道试验数据确定关系式系数,得到了适用于矩形通道的干涸后传热计算模型.将本文模型计算结果与现有试验数据及其他模型的计算结果进行了比较与分析,并对偏差进行了统计计算,同时分析了热工参数对干涸后传热的影响.结果表明:本文模型计算值与试验数据较吻合,且相对于已有计算模型,本文模型具有良好的适用性.
The physical model of heat transfer after drying is put forward, the corresponding mathematical model is set up, the heat transfer characteristics after drying are analyzed, the coefficient of correlation is determined by the rectangular channel test data, and the heat transfer calculation model for the rectangular channel is obtained.
