《公共建筑节能设计标准》于2015年10月实施了新标准,以夏热冬冷地区办公建筑为例分析新旧标准的变化以及这些变化的内在意义,并研究其对公共建筑围护结构节能设计产生的影响。最终明确了新标准的实施除了代表建筑节能第二步目标的实现,还将促进围护结构节能构造的改进、能耗模拟软件的开发及节能设计人员的规范化设计。
