目的观察阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松症(0P)的腰椎骨密度(BMD)变化。结果选择40例老年患者,采用意大利L`ACN集团生产的宇航员型双能X线骨密度仪进行BMD测定。随机分成治疗组服用阿伦磷酸钠70mg,每周一次,联合用钙尔奇D600mg,1次/d;对照组单用钙尔奇D600mg,1次/d,观察12月。每6月复查骨密度。以腰椎BMD为比较指标。结果治疗组在治疗后6月及12月腰椎BMD增加分别为1.95%和2.80%,与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。对照组在治疗后6月和12月腰椎BMD增加分别为0.95%和1.05%,与治疗前无统计学差异。结论阿仑膦酸钠可显著提高老年骨质疏松症腰椎骨密度
Objective To observe the changes of lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD) with alendronate in senile osteoporosis (0P). Results Forty elderly patients were selected and BMD measurements were performed using astronaut-type dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry from L`ACN Group of Italy. Randomly divided into treatment group taking alendronate sodium 70mg, once a week, combined with Galci D600mg, 1 / d; control group alone with Galci D600mg, 1 / d, observed in December. Review bone mineral density every June. Lumbar spine BMD as a comparative index. Results The BMD of lumbar spine in the treatment group increased by 1.95% and 2.80% at 6 and 12 months after treatment, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05 and P <0.01). The BMD of lumbar spine in the control group increased by 0.95% and 1.05% at June and December after treatment, respectively, with no significant difference compared with that before treatment. Conclusion Alendronate can significantly increase lumbar spine bone mineral density in elderly patients with osteoporosis
