本文从理论与实践两方面讨论多微机系统在提高实时控制系统可靠性方面所起的重要作用。文章首先讨论多微机系统可靠度和有效度的分析和计算,用Markov理论分析空间离散、时间连续的多微机系统的运动方程,推导出平均失效间隔(MTBF)和稳态有效度A(∞)的简捷计算方法,并将双机可维系统与单机系统的MTBF进行计算比较,使可靠性的提高有一个量的概念。其次,文章介绍了提高多微机系统可靠性的措施,解决了双机系统的监视诊断和转换,设计了时间监视转换器,以及CFU、ROM、RAM、CTC等的自检方法。这些措施,经过长期的实际使用,证明是非常有效的。
This article discusses the important role of multi-computer systems in improving the reliability of real-time control systems both in theory and in practice. The article first discusses the analysis and calculation of the reliability and the validity of the multi-computer system, and analyzes the motion equations of the multi-computer system with discrete and continuous time by using Markov theory. The mean failure interval (MTBF) and the steady state validity A (∞) Simple calculation method, and compares the MTBF of the two-dimensional and two-dimensional systems with the stand-alone system, so that the reliability improvement has a quantitative concept. Secondly, the paper introduces the measures to improve the reliability of multi-computer system, solves the monitoring diagnosis and conversion of dual-computer system, designs the time monitoring converter and the self-checking methods of CFU, ROM, RAM and CTC. These measures proved to be very effective after long-term actual use.
