本文通过分析深层水平井徐深903-平1井地质特点及施工难点,针对该井钻井液携岩能力要求高、润滑性要求高、抗温性要求高、易发生井漏等技术难题,尤其是水平段易发生严重漏失的难题,室内优选了新型抗高温降滤失剂及稳定剂,进一步改善了体系的高温流变性;优选了抗高温乳化石蜡与渣油复配替代原体系中的白油,大幅提高了体系的润滑防卡能力,确保了深井长期施工的安全,同时进一步降低了润滑材料用量,降低了钻井液成本。该井的顺利施工,对以后该区块这一类井具有指导意义。
