本文提出知识单元的智荷概念,定义知识单元所包含的基本单元(长度、质量、时间)的数目,为其静智荷大小的量度。物理定律作为知识单元的纤维,其静智荷值在荷空间的分布,呈现出明显的线性效应。一、问题提出在科学学研究中,如何评价一篇科学论文的学术质量,绐终是人们想解决,但又难以解决的大课题。如果把这个问题换一个角度来说,那就是如何比较两个科学定律的的难易程度问题。或者说,牛顿定律和气体定律究竟哪一个付出的创造力更大些?
