当代商人自传分为两类:一类明显受到传统史传观念的影响,重史尚实,在自传中凸显宏大历史叙事,呈现出编年体色彩;一类则突破史传樊篱,注重个人价值观的构建和个性化、情感化的经历显现。前者以王石、任志强自传为代表,后者以俞敏洪、潘石屹自传为代表。在语言学视角下,当代商人自传文体可以说是一种“言语体式”(或语言体裁),不同类型的当代商人自传在语言要素、语篇、叙事等言语体式上呈现出不同的特征,塑造的商人形象也不同。
