针对油菜收获机械化程度低和油菜成熟度不一致的农艺特征,设计了一种4SY-1.8型油菜割晒机,重点开展了输送与铺放装置关键部件的设计,确定了集伸缩拨指滚筒、立辊筒、输送带和铺放装置等于一体的输送铺放系统,分析确定了各装置的主要结构参数与运行参数。田间试验结果表明:所设计的输送与铺放装置能有效地实现油菜茎秆的流畅输送和有序铺放,统计测定得出的茎秆铺放角平均为50.33°,满足油菜分段收获的后续机械捡拾作业农艺要求。
A 4SY-1.8 rape windrower was designed for agronomic characteristics of low rape harvest mechanization and inconsistent rape maturity. The key components of the delivery and laying device were designed. Roller, conveyor belt and laying device is equal to one of the delivery system, analysis and determination of the main structure of the device parameters and operating parameters. The results of field experiments showed that the designed delivery and placement device can effectively achieve the smooth delivery and orderly placement of rape stalks, and the average stalks spreading angle calculated by the statistical method is 50.33 °, which meets the requirements of rapeseed harvest Follow-up mechanical picking agronomy requirements.
