全国妇幼卫生示范县小儿腹泻科研协作组,指定协作单位华西医大儿科重点研究大米粉50克及电解质作成的Rice—ORS与WHO—ORS对照观察,同时指定仁寿、麻城、南郊(用小米)三个示范县研究第二分题米汤加盐 ORT。华西医大儿科收治2岁以下急性腹泻婴儿100例,大便细菌培养85例,5例阳性,其余均阴性。轮状病毒检查ELISA及PAGE法阳性率分别为76.3％和64.8％。Rice—ORS组71例治疗成功67例(94.4％),WHO—ORS组29例成功26例(89.7％)。脱水纠正时间、止泻时间两组差异无显著性,但体重净增数Rice—ORS组优于WHO—ORS组。住院平均为3.1天。三个示范县用米汤加盐ORT共400例,其中预防脱水组254例,治疗脱水组146例,成功率分别为91.3％和97.3％。三个示范县用其他措施治疗139例,成功111例(79.9％),其成功率低于前二组。米汤加盐预防脱水组在三天内止泻者197例(87.5％),治疗组77例(53.1％),病程平均为2.1天。似可说明腹泻早期用米汤加盐治疗可缩短病程。
ORAC and WHO-ORS made from 50 grams of rice flour and electrolytes, and designated as Renshou, Macheng and Nanjiao (using millet) Demonstration of the second sub-division study of rice soup salt ORT. Huaxi Medical University pediatric patients under 2 years of age treated 100 cases of acute diarrhea infants, stool bacterial culture in 85 cases, 5 cases were positive, the rest were negative. Rotavirus ELISA and PAGE positive rates were 76.3% and 64.8%. In the Rice-ORS group, 67 cases (94.4%) were successfully treated in 71 cases and 26 cases (89.7%) were successful in 29 cases in the WHO-ORS group. The correct time of dehydration, antidiarrheal time was no significant difference between the two groups, but the net increase of body weight was better in the Rice-ORS group than in the WHO-ORS group. The average hospital stay was 3.1 days. There were 400 cases of ORT with rice soup plus salt in three demonstration counties, among which 254 cases were prevention dehydration group and 146 cases were treated by dehydration group. The successful rates were 91.3% and 97.3% respectively. In the three pilot counties, 139 cases were treated by other measures, with 111 cases (79.9%) successful, the success rate was lower than the former two groups. 197 cases (87.5%) had diarrhea prevention in dehydration group and 77 cases (53.1%) in treatment group with an average duration of 2.1 days. It seems that early treatment of diarrhea with rice soup can shorten the course of the disease.
