目的:应用活性炭对白及多糖中的植物色素进行脱色试验,筛选最佳脱色工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以活性炭为脱色剂,对活性炭用量、脱色温度、脱色液pH、脱色时间4个因素进行考察,以脱色率和多糖保留率为考察指标。结果:最佳脱色工艺为:活性炭用量为1.0%,脱色温度为40℃,pH为5,脱色时间为30 min。在该条件下,白及多糖的脱色率为91.3%,多糖保留率为80.6%。结论:所选定的活性炭脱色工艺能使白及多糖获得最佳脱色效果。
OBJECTIVE: To test the decolorization of plant pigments in white and polysaccharides by activated carbon, and to select the best decolorization process. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal design was used. Activated carbon was used as decoloring agent. The factors such as amount of activated carbon, decoloring temperature, pH of decoloring solution and decolorizing time were investigated. The decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were taken as the indexes. Results: The optimum decolorization process was as follows: the amount of activated carbon was 1.0%, the decolorization temperature was 40 ℃, the pH was 5 and the decolorization time was 30 min. Under these conditions, the decolorization rate of white and polysaccharides was 91.3% and the retention rate of polysaccharides was 80.6%. Conclusion: The selected activated carbon bleaching process can get the best bleaching effect of white and polysaccharides.
