2007年央视3·15晚会上曝光“藏秘排油”使保健食品虚假广告现象又一次成为公众焦点,据某调查结果,超过三分之二的消费者受到过虚假广告的欺骗,其中保健食品市场更是虚假广告的重灾区,虚假广告已经成为制约中国保健产业发展的毒瘤。
