我单位的两台美国卡特彼勒966D装载机所配3306柴油机大修时曲轴都进行了磨削处理,工作三个月后曲轴分别发生了断裂失效。据了解,其它单位也有同样的事故发生。断口分别在第三、四缸连杆轴颈上,但都位于连杆轴颈与曲拐过渡圆角处(见附图)。该曲轴是铸钢件,属非易断材质,
The crankshafts of 3306 diesel engines overhauled by two units of the United States Caterpillar 966D loader in our unit were ground and the crankshafts were broken after three months of operation respectively. It is understood that other units have the same accident occurred.
