介绍了作者研制的以MCS8098单片机作为中央处理器的CA488Q发动机试验用电控系统。重点论述了该控制系统的构成、点火及喷油控制信号的生成方法,控制脉谱的制取过程以及喷油量、点火提前角的控制策略。最后,在发动机试验台架上进行了原机和电控后发动机的性能对比试验。试验结果表明,采用电控系统后,发动机的动力性、经济性及怠速运行稳定性获得了显著的改善
This paper introduces the CA488Q engine test electronic control system developed by the author with MCS8098 singlechip as the central processor. The structure of the control system, the generation method of ignition and injection control signal, the process of control pulse spectrum preparation, the control strategy of fuel injection amount and ignition advance angle are mainly discussed. Finally, the engine test bench on the original machine and electronic control engine performance comparison test. Test results show that the use of electronic control system, the engine power, economy and idle speed stability has been significantly improved
