在圈层理论下,组织文化由外到里分别包括:物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化。那么在圈层理论下,事业单位工会工作如何在组织文化建设中起到积极作用呢。在工会工作的职能范畴下应着重发挥其助力行为文化建设的作用。具体的实施路径包括:界定工会工作的作用边界、有序和深入开展基层调研、拓展行为文化建设的手段、建立客观公正的评价机制等四个方面。
In the circle theory, the organizational culture from outside to inside include: material culture, behavioral culture, institutional culture, spiritual culture. So under the theory of the circle, how does the work of trade unions play a positive role in the organizational culture? In the context of the functions of trade unions, we should emphasize the role of cultural construction that helps them. The concrete implementation includes four aspects: defining the boundary of trade union’s work, conducting the research in an orderly and intensive manner at the grass-roots level, expanding the means of constructing behavior culture, and establishing an objective and fair evaluation mechanism.
