目的:探讨番茄红素联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)治疗的抗肿瘤作用及相应机制。方法:建立荷B16-F10黑色素瘤小鼠模型,观察联合治疗对肿瘤体积、宿主生存时间、淋巴细胞增殖活力及淋巴细胞杀伤能力的影响。结果:CIK及番茄红素治疗均可以抑制肿瘤的生长,延长荷瘤鼠的生存时间。与CIK治疗组相比较,中高剂量的番茄红素联合CIK治疗可以显著增强抗肿瘤疗效,延长荷瘤鼠的生存时间,并且可以通过刺激荷瘤鼠淋巴细胞增殖、增强淋巴细胞对肿瘤的杀伤能力提高CIK治疗的抗肿瘤疗效。结论:番茄红素能够通过提高宿主免疫水平而显著增强CIK治疗的抗肿瘤效果。
Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of lycopene combined with cytokine-induced killer (CIK) therapy and its corresponding mechanism. Methods: To establish a mouse model of B16-F10 melanoma and to observe the effects of combination therapy on tumor volume, survival time of host, lymphocyte proliferative activity and lymphocyte cytotoxicity. Results: Both CIK and lycopene could inhibit tumor growth and prolong survival of tumor-bearing mice. Compared with CIK treatment group, medium and high doses of lycopene combined with CIK treatment can significantly enhance the anti-tumor efficacy and prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice and can enhance the cytotoxicity of lymphocytes to tumor cells by stimulating lymphocyte proliferation in tumor-bearing mice Improve the anti-tumor efficacy of CIK treatment. Conclusions: Lycopene can significantly enhance the antitumor effect of CIK treatment by increasing the level of host immunity.
