矿浆管线系统和机械运输是固体物料从选矿厂的一个区域运送到另一区域的主要运送方法。一个设计妥善的矿浆运输系统能减小厂房大小从而减少选厂基建投资,简化选厂配置,减小维修量和人员费用,从而降低生产成本。为矿浆运送系统提供一个切实可行的方法,包括了泵池的设计以及管线、流槽的选择和计算等。本文主要介绍典型渣浆泵泵池的设计。
Slurry pipeline systems and mechanical transport are the main transport methods for transporting solid materials from one area to another in the concentrator. A well-designed slurry transportation system can reduce the size of the plant, reduce investment in plant selection, simplify plant configuration, reduce maintenance and personnel costs, and reduce production costs.
