介绍苏拉马都跨海大桥V形墩的主要施工技术难点,以及解决该施工技术难点的施工技术方法。该桥V形墩尺寸大,V形墩两个斜腿与箱梁形成一个倒三角形,在未形成整体结构之前,由于自重作用,斜腿底部会产生一个向外的不利弯矩,在施工中,如何平衡这个不平衡弯矩,防止斜腿底部内侧混凝土开裂是一个很大的难题。
This paper introduces the main construction technical difficulties of the V-shaped pier of Sulamadu Sea-crossing Bridge as well as the construction technique and method to solve the technical difficulties of the construction. The V-shaped piers of the bridge are large in size and the two oblique legs of the V-shaped pier form an inverted triangle with the box girder. Before the integral structure is formed, due to the self-weight effect, an outward unfavorable bending moment is generated at the bottom of the inclined leg. During construction How to balance this unbalanced moment and prevent cracking of concrete inside the slanting leg bottom is a big problem.
