中科院动物所段恩奎和王海滨实验室首次通过小鼠遗传学模型,揭示了植入初期胚胎-子宫轴向建立对胚胎发育的重要性,并首次证实了子宫信号可指导胚胎植入时的正确定向。相关成果日前在线发表于《细胞研究》杂志。早在100多年前,解剖学家就发现在哺乳动物的囊胚进入子宫后,其植入时建立的胚胎轴向与子宫轴向保持高度一致,并且把此现象称作胚胎定向。然而,胚胎在植入时的定向对后续发育的重要性尚缺乏直接的实验证据。
For the first time, mice of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Department of Endeavoure and Wang Haibin Laboratory passed the mouse genetics model, revealing the importance of early embryo implantation - the establishment of the uterus to embryonic development and for the first time confirming the correct orientation of the uterus signal during embryo implantation. Related results recently published online in “Cell Research” magazine. As early as more than 100 years ago, anatomists found that after the mammalian blastocysts entered the uterus, the embryos built during implantation were axially aligned with the uterus axially and referred to as embryo orientation. However, there is no direct experimental evidence that the orientation of embryos at the time of implantation is important for subsequent development.
