目的:观察高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液在抢救低血容量休克患者中的作用。方法:2009年4月~2009年11月在我院治疗的低血容量休克患者100例,随机分为实验组(L)和对照组(C)。实验组给予高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液,对照组给予乳酸钠林格试液,观察输注30分钟后的HR及BP、尿量的变化。同时,观察输注3O分钟血氯,血钠、血钾的变化。结果:输注3O分钟后实验组和输注前以及对照组血压心率和尿量有统计学差异(P<0.05),2组治疗半小时后血氯,血钠、血钾没有统计学差异,(P>0.05)。结论:高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液可迅速改善生命体征,提高器官血流灌注,改善血流动力学,恢复休克患者的血容量,快速纠正休克,对电解质影响不大。
Objective: To observe the role of hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 in the rescue of patients with hypovolemic shock. Methods: From April 2009 to November 2009, 100 patients with hypovolemic shock treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (L) and control group (C). The experimental group was given hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection, and the control group was given sodium lactate Ringer’s test solution. The changes of HR, BP and urine volume after 30 minutes of infusion were observed. At the same time, observe the infusion of blood OO 3O minutes, serum sodium, potassium changes. Results: There were significant differences in blood pressure, heart rate and urine volume between the experimental group and the pre-infusion group and the control group (P <0.05) at 30 minutes after infusion. There was no significant difference in blood chlorine, serum sodium and serum potassium between the two groups after half an hour of treatment. (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection can rapidly improve vital signs, improve organ perfusion, improve hemodynamics, restore blood volume in shock patients and quickly correct shock, with little effect on electrolytes.
