通过对水热提质后煤的复吸程度、红外光谱、孔容测定,考察了水热处理对昭通褐煤表面性质以及孔隙结构的影响。结果表明,提质终温是影响褐煤复吸程度的关键因素,300℃时煤样复吸率最低,仅为6%;褐煤的分子结构发生变化,含氧官能团数量随温度升高而降低;水热提质改变了煤的孔隙结构,孔容随温度升高而增大,随压强升高呈现先降低后升高的曲线型波动,在5 MPa左右孔容达到极小值,在8 MPa时孔容最大。
The influence of hydrothermal treatment on the surface properties and pore structure of Zhaotong lignite was investigated by measuring the degree of enthalpy recovery, infrared spectrum and pore volume of coal after hydrothermal upgrading. The results showed that the final temperature was the key factor influencing the degree of lignite rejuvenation. The reabsorption rate of coal at 300 ℃ was the lowest, only 6%. The molecular structure of lignite changed and the number of oxygen functional groups decreased with the increase of temperature. The hydrothermal upgrading changed the pore structure of coal. The pore volume increased with the increase of temperature. With the increase of pressure, the curve appeared first and then increased. The pore volume reached a minimum at 5 MPa and reached a minimum at 8 MPa When the largest hole capacity.
