目的 研究成年猴脊髓半切后胫后神经体感诱发电位 (T -SEPs)与后肢运动功能的关系。 方法 雄性成年恒河猴 2只 ,半切右侧脊髓L1节段 ,5个月后分别于左侧和右侧T11节段行第二次脊髓半切。分别于两次手术前后不同时间点检测后肢T -SEPs及肌力的变化。 结果 首次脊髓半切致动物右后肢完全瘫痪 ,右侧T -SEPs消失 ,左侧的潜伏期 (PL)延长、波幅降低 ;随瘫肢肌力的恢复 ,右侧T -SEPs重新出现并与左侧T -SEPs同时改善。左侧二次脊髓半切后双后肢完全瘫痪 ,双侧T -SEPs消失 ;右侧二次半切后仅出现双后肢肌力轻度减退 ,伴右侧T -SEPs再度消失 ,左侧PL延长、波幅降低。统计分析示PL、峰峰值与肌力变化间存在高度相关性。 结论 成年猴脊髓半切后T -SEPs变化与后肢运动功能密切相关 ,为脊髓损伤后后肢运动功能的一项间接、客观的检测指标。
Objective To study the relationship between posterior tibial nerve somatosensory evoked potential (T-SEPs) and hindlimb motor function after spinal cord hemisection in adult monkey. Methods Male adult rhesus monkeys were cut into two sections, and the right spinal cord L1 segment was cut in half, and the second spinal cord hemisection was performed on the left and right T11 segments 5 months later. The changes of T-SEPs and muscle strength of hindlimbs were measured at different time points before and after the operation. Results The first right hemisphere was completely paralyzed, the right T-SEPs disappeared, the left latency (PL) was prolonged and the amplitude was decreased. With the recovery of the muscle strength of the paralyzed limbs, the right T-SEPs reappeared and interacted with the left T -SEPs improve at the same time. The left hind limbs were completely paralyzed after the second spinal cord hemi-section of the left hemisphere, and the bilateral T-SEPs disappeared. Only the right hind limb half muscle showed slight diminution of muscle strength, the right T-SEPs disappeared again, the left PL prolonged and the amplitude reduce. Statistical analysis showed that there was a high correlation between PL, peak-to-peak and muscle strength changes. Conclusion The changes of T -SEPs after spinal cord hemisection in adult monkey are closely related to the motor function of the hindlimb. It is an indirect and objective measure of hindlimb motor function after spinal cord injury.
