近些年来,循环经济、低碳经济、生态经济这些概念被不断的提及,拟从生态经济方面通过介绍国外法治化经验得到启示,用以指导国内生态经济法治化研究。鉴于篇幅的限制和有限的资料,以及与我国国情的相关性,主要从澳大利亚和德国两个国家入手进行研究,得到经验。因为两国在生态经济法治化研究领域处于世界先列,有很好的借鉴意义。 In recent years, the concepts of circular economy, low-carbon economy and ecological economy have been constantly mentioned.
