客观的云服务评价需要综合考虑客观质量指标和用户主观反馈,提出一种综合云服务客观质量分析和用户主观反馈评估的云服务评价方法.针对用户反馈存在的主观性、不确定性和反馈信息的时效性问题,提出一种用户主观反馈评估模型.该模型针对用户反馈存在的主观性,设计一种主观反馈偏好模型,并结合不确定性处理方法云模型实现定性评价到定量评分的转换,降低了用户主观性影响,并体现了用户反馈存在的不确定性.针对反馈信息时效性问题,引入信息价值系数构建用户反馈时效性模型,实现反馈信息的时效性处理,客观地体现了反馈信息随时间的价值.用户主观反馈评估实验和分析验证了文中提出的用户主观反馈评估模型的有效性.最后的云服务排名实验和分析表明主客观相结合的云服务评价方法能够更合理、全面地体现云服务的综合质量.
