目的 探讨羊膜移植对激光角膜光学切除术 (PRK)后早期伤口愈合的影响。方法 对 9只新西兰白兔双眼行PRK ,其中 1眼术后立即行角膜表面羊膜移植 ,另眼为对照。于术后 3、5、7d取下角膜进行常规组织切片 ,光镜下观察角膜上皮和基质伤口愈合情况。结果 术后 3、5、7d ,羊膜移植组切削区中央角膜厚度明显小于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。术后 3d ,羊膜移植组角膜前基质轻微水肿 ,有少量炎性细胞浸润 ,术后 5d全部消失。结论 羊膜能调节角膜伤口的愈合 ,是眼表面重建的理想材料。
Objective To investigate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation on early wound healing after laser keratomileusis (PRK). Methods PRK was performed on the eyes of 9 New Zealand white rabbits. One of them underwent corneal surface amniotic membrane transplantation immediately after operation, and the other eye as control. The corneas were removed at 3, 5 and 7 days after operation for routine histological sections. The corneal epithelium and matrix wound healing were observed under light microscope. Results The central corneal thickness of the cutting area in the amniotic membrane transplantation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P <0.01) at 3, 5 and 7 days after operation. 3d, amniotic membrane transplantation group, corneal anterior edema slightly edema, a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration, all disappeared after 5d. Conclusion Amniotic membrane can regulate the healing of corneal wound and is the ideal material for reconstruction of ocular surface.
