研究了海藻酸钠涂膜对金冠苹果果肉硬度、呼吸强度、乙烯释放与膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:海藻酸钠涂膜可保持果肉硬度,降低果实呼吸强度和乙稀释放速率,减弱膜脂过氧化作用,保持细胞膜的完整性,从而延缓果实衰老。
The effects of sodium alginate coating on the firmness, respiration rate, ethylene release and membrane lipid peroxidation of Golden Delicious apple were studied. The results showed that sodium alginate coating can keep fruit firmness, reduce fruit respiration intensity and release rate of ethylene, weaken membrane lipid peroxidation, maintain cell membrane integrity and delay fruit senescence.
