针对轴承变位对轴系振动特性影响较大的问题,采用有限转子动力学计算轴承变位对轴系振动特性的影响规律.以某轴系试验台为研究对象,在ANSYS中建立其有限元模型,采用有限元转子动力学分别计算轴系在直线状态下和轴承变位情况下的振动特性.根据理论计算结果,在轴系试验台上分别测试轴系在直线状态下和轴承变位情况下的振动特性.试验表明:采用有限元转子动力学计算所得的轴系振动响应规律与实测值基本一致.
Aiming at the problem that the bearing displacement has a great influence on the vibration characteristics of the shaft system, the influence law of bearing displacement on the vibration characteristics of the shaft system is calculated by using the finite rotor dynamics.With the test rig of a shaft system as the research object, the finite element Model, the finite element rotor dynamics are used to calculate the vibration characteristics of the shaft system under the condition of linear and bearing displacement respectively.According to the theoretical calculation results, the shaft system is tested on the shaft system test bench in the straight state and the bearing displacement The experimental results show that the vibration response of the shaft system calculated by the finite element rotor dynamics is basically the same as the measured value.
