以新疆圆脆枣为试材,对黑曲霉TL-10侵染圆脆枣的方式、影响因素及其防治措施进行了研究。结果表明:有伤接种侵染效果明显,当接种黑曲霉TL-10病菌孢子浓度大于1×102个/m L时,枣果发病率为100%;光照利于黑曲霉TL-10的生长;低温能抑制黑曲霉TL-10对圆脆枣的侵染,4℃条件下贮藏7 d后未发病;在85℃热处理处理,能将黑曲霉TL-10的分生孢子全部杀死;微波处理及紫外线辐照处理均能抑制孢子萌发。
In this paper, Xinjiang crisp jujuba was used as test material to study the ways, influential factors and control measures of Aspergillus niger TL-10 infecting round crisp jujube. The results showed that the effect of wounding inoculation was obvious. The incidence of jujube was 100% when the inoculum of Aspergillus niger TL-10 was more than 1 × 102 / m L. The light was favorable to the growth of Aspergillus niger TL-10. Could inhibit Aspergillus niger TL-10 on the crisp jujube infection, 4 ℃ stored for 7 days after the disease was not disease; heat treatment at 85 ℃, the Aspergillus niger TL-10 conidia can kill all; microwave treatment and UV irradiation can inhibit spore germination.
