本文介绍了内燃机车轴箱组件中的轴承环用声发射法进行检测的结果。轴承圈的小尺寸范围的定位检测会造成被检缺陷的座标,在到达压电传感器的声发射信号时间误差最小的情况下,也有很大的离散性。为制定好检测方法,确定了激发出声发射信号所必需的最大负荷。轴承圈变形的测量是通过与声发射系统相连接的应变测量系统来完成的。在记录声发射信号时,测定了机械应力。这样可以清除掉那些寄生信号并提高缺陷的定位精度。
This article describes the results of the test of the bearing rings in a diesel engine axlebox assembly by acoustic emission. Positioning of the bearing ring in a small size range will result in a coordinate of the defect being inspected, and there is also a large discrepancy in the time error of arrival of the acoustic emission signal of the piezoelectric sensor to a minimum. In order to devise a test method, the maximum load necessary to excite an acoustic emission signal was determined. The measurement of bearing ring deformation is done through a strain gauge system connected to the acoustic emission system. When acoustic emission signals were recorded, the mechanical stress was measured. This will eliminate those parasitic signals and improve the positioning accuracy of defects.
