一、等温退火与奥氏体等温变态之关系退火是一种广泛应用的热处理操作的通称,其中包括用各种不同方法来处理钢件,使之能达到预期的组织与符合物理性能要求的目的。等温退火就是许多退火方法中的一种,这种方法系按其冷却条件的不同分类而来的。根据奥氏体等温变态曲线的原理,说明奥氏体在一定的温度范围与相当的时间内,可变态完成,而变态完成后,冷却速度对于内部组织没有任何影响,不再发生其他变态。为了便于说明这种情况,现在就以共析钢奥氏体的等温变态曲线为例,来扼要的引导出其中的关系。因为不同成分的钢种,曲线图形也各有不同,不可能分别一一加以说明,但其基本原理是相同的。
