随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,企业经营已由产品的生产和服务的竞争,转向更高阶段的品牌之间的竞争。品牌既是企业产品和服务的特有标志,在某种程度上又是一种标准和承诺。大力推行品牌战略,有助于树立企业先进的市场观,强化企业的市场主体意识。本文以江苏金发消防工程有限公司为例,通过具体策划方案和做法来探讨中小企业品牌设计战略的实施。
With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the operation of enterprises has shifted from the competition of production and service of products to the competition of higher-level brands. A brand is a unique sign of an enterprise’s products and services and, to some extent, a standard and a promise. Vigorously promote the brand strategy, help establish the advanced market concept, strengthen the market awareness of enterprises. In this paper, Jiangsu Fire Fire Engineering Co., Ltd. as an example, through specific planning programs and practices to explore the implementation of SME brand design strategy.
