(接上期)2.5第三代钢渣热闷技术特点(1)钢渣热闷处理后f-CaO,f-MgO消解。稳定性良好,可100%利用。(2)节省热泼场设施和倒运设备,减少设备损耗和操作人员,消除了钢渣热泼、倒运对环境的污染。(3)对钢渣的流动度没有限制,即使是渣壳仍可进行热闷,钢渣处理率为100%。(4)钢渣热闷后粒度小于20mm的占65%~70%,用于建材减少破碎工作量。生产钢渣粉时亦可提高粉磨效率,降低电耗。 (Connected to the period) 2.5 The third generation of steel slag thermal nausea Technical characteristics (1) After thermal slag processing f-CaO, f-MgO digestion.
