用气相色谱 -质谱法对广西灵山及云南红河产千年健挥发油进行化学成分的分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从 2种千年健中提取挥发油。采用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析 ,找出最佳分析条件 ,用归一化法测定其百分含量 ,并用气相色谱 -质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。色谱条件 :DB - 5毛细管柱 (30m×0 2 5mm ,0 2 5μm) ,柱温 60℃ (8min) 4℃·min- 1 2 50℃ (30min) ;分流进样 ,分流比 1∶30 ;进样温度 2 80℃ ,FID检测器 ,温度为 2 80℃。结果显示 ,广西灵山产千年健共鉴定了 51个成分 ,占挥发油总成分的 87%以上 ;云南红河产千年健共鉴定了 42个成分 ,占挥发油总成分的 80 %以上。本方法稳定可靠 ,重现性好 ,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the chemical constituents of millennium essential oil produced in Lingshan of Guangxi and Honghe of Yunnan. Steam distillation was used to extract volatile oils from two kinds of millenium. Different types of capillary columns were used for analysis to find out the best analytical conditions. The percentages were determined by normalization and chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Chromatographic conditions: DB - 5 capillary column (30m × 0 25mm, 0 25μm), column temperature 60 °C (8min) 4 °C · min - 1 2 50 °C (30min); split injection, split ratio 1:30; Injection temperature 2 80°C, FID detector, temperature 280°C. The results showed that in the Millennium of Guangxi, Lingshan produced a total of 51 components, accounting for more than 87% of the total volatile oil components; Yunnan Honghe produced a total of 42 components of the Millennium Health, accounting for more than 80% of the total volatile oil components. The method is stable and reliable, and has good reproducibility. It is suitable for the analysis of chemical constituents of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine
